Quality songs need quality ingredients to make an impact. I use a lot of analog instrument, effects and gear to get a distinguished sound.
Give me your guitar or any other tracks and I’ll run them through boutique amps, analog delays/reverbs and other gear for that sound we all know and love.

CHRISTOPHER NEWTON | Producer, Mixer, Engineer
Since 2004, Chris has been honing his craft of recording, mixing, producing, and performing music. Starting off as a drummer in rock bands, he was always helping fellow bandmates solve songwriting challenges.
After falling in love with electronic music, Chris had the epiphany of layering organic and synthetic sounds in 2010 — starting his journey and obsession with producing and mixing. He specializes in rock, electronic, pop, dream pop, and drift music, gravitating towards clear, punchy, and modern mixes. Being an empathic listener and communicator helps him closely connect with client needs, and cultivate a sonic style that inspires us to stop and listen closer.
ANNA WANG | CEO
At Luna Sound, Anna brings her passion for music production, business strategy, and relationship building to establish meaningful connections between musicians, their audiences, and the broader music community.
For over a decade, Anna has led top tech and Fortune 100 companies — including T-Mobile, Tableau, Nordstrom, and Amazon — to effectively launch, grow, and scale services. She’s excited to do the same at Luna Sound, using her business acumen and innovative strategic approaches to optimize music production services and connect musicians with their audiences.
ALLY WADDELL | Producer, Engineer
Ally Waddell has had a passion for music since she began playing classical guitar over a decade ago, but fell in love with music production and engineering in 2020 when she took her first class, “Basics in Music Production,” at Holy Names Academy in Seattle.
After attending the Berklee Aspire program in 2022, Ally decided definitively to pursue her career in music production and transferred to Interlochen Arts Academy in Michigan, where she is a senior music production and engineering and classical guitar double major. Her music production teachers, Marc Laquesta and Josh Hoisington, recommended her to work for Luna Sound in the summer of 2023, and it was a life changing experience. After graduating from Interlochen, she plans to return to work in the summer with Christopher and Anna at Luna as a producer and engineer.
Ally specializes in songwriting, guitar, vocal and music production.
